Vaccination Clinics
Flu • Pneumonia • Hepatitis B
Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association provides vaccination clinics to individuals and groups at a variety of locations. Clinics may be arranged for corporate, civic and private groups, or for public events. Our clinical team comes to your location and provides setup and vaccinations for groups of 20 or more.
We accept reservations for vaccination clinics year round. Flu clinics are scheduled from October 1 through mid-December each year. Hepatitis B and Pneumonia vaccination clinics are available throughout the year.
Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association maintains individual vaccination records.
Flu:
Public clinics offer the opportunity for any individual (age 9 and up) to receive a flu vaccination at a local and convenient setting without an appointment. Flu Vaccinations in 2010 will be offered at a fee of $30.
Please click this link for a complete listing of scheduled flu clinics.
Pneumonia:
Pneumonia vaccinations remain effective for five years, with only one repeat dose needed after a five year period. Those aged 65 and older require only one dose of the vaccine unless ordered by a physician. For 2010, there is a $45 fee for the pneumonia vaccine.
Hepatitis B:
Hepatitis B vaccinations are recommended for police, fire personnel, teachers, medical personnel and others who may come in contact with blood, urine, feces, or vomit that may contain blood.
