Why give to Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association?

Moorestown Visiting Nurse Associaiton is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization.  All gifts to Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association are used to provide home health care and hospice services to patients and their families in your community.  Last year, we provided over $700,000 in charitable care to residents of Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties. Your donation ensures that we can continue to offer these services, to all in need, regardless of their ability to pay. Gifts also allow us to provide bereavement support groups, community health screenings, vaccinations and memorial services to our neighbors in South Jersey.
    
How can I support Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association's charitable programs?

• Tribute Program - Choose to make a gift in memory of a loved one or to honor someone special.
• Camp Firefly – Sponsor a child at The Hospice of Moorestown VNA’s annual three-day, two-night, bereavement camp. Camp Firefly aids children who have lost a loved one and need help in coping with grief. The camp is free of charge to the children.
• Telemedicine Program - Support our innovative program that monitors elderly cardiac patients in their homes every day. Our tele-monitors promote a higher quality of life and a sense of security for our patients by immediately alerting our nurses to any problems or changes in their health.     
• The Hospice of Moorestown VNA – Make a gift in memory of a loved one that will benefit our hospice patients and bereaved families.  
• Annual Appeal – A mail campaign to raise funds for all of our programs each year. We accept corporate matching gifts that will match your gift dollar for dollar.
• Special Events – Participate in one of our events, including the annual Golf Tournament, held each October or the Wine Tasting Benefit. We have many sponsorship opportunities available.
• Planned Gifts – Gifts may be made in the form of bequests, charitable remainder and lead trusts, gift annuities, life insurance policies or other deferred gifts.
• United Way – Designate your United Way gift to Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association. 100% of your donation directly benefits the agency.

Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association accepts cash, checks, credit cards and stocks or securities. In-kind donations are also welcomed and appreciated.
