Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association offers flu vaccination clinics beginning each year in October. Pneumonia vaccinations are also offered at these clinics and are effective for five years.  Vaccinations are available on a walk-up basis, and no appointment is required for the clinics shown on our 2010 vaccination calendar.

***Flu vaccinations are available by appointment at 300 Harper Drive on Mondays and Wednesdays from October 4th through December 8th 2010.   Appointments may be made for Mondays or Wednesdays from 3-7:00 pm.

Interested in hosting a flu clinic at your location?  Please contact us.  We will arrange for a clinic for 20 or more to take place at your site.  You may choose to open your clinic to the public, or offer a private clinic just for your staff or group.  Please contact Denise Boothman (856) 552-1300, Ext. 2196 to select a date for your clinic.

Flu Vaccination $30        Pneumonia Vaccination $45

Vaccinations are available for adults and children ages 9 and up. 

We accept Medicare "Part B" insurance.
